In India, the government has been struggling to educate the population about traffic laws but violations of rules on the road are still commonplace. It's almost a way of life in that country. Here a frustrated and concerned traffic cop has little he can do with this family of 5 on this tiny scooter but pray for their safety. The problem is so acute that the country’s apex court had to recently intervene and proclaim a set of guidelines to reign in traffic offenders.
