Shipping, Returns and Exchanges Policy
As soon as you order from us you will receive an email order confirmation from email@example.com.
All t-shirts and hoodies are printed as ordered and may be delayed up to a week, depending on the volume of orders received. Orders for the Wholesale Shirt of the Week sometimes take up to 10 days to be shipped. Beginning in November we add extra staff to accommodate the increase in orders, and make every effort to get orders out within 24 hours.
Jewelry and rings are usually shipped within 24 hours of order. However, orders that are shipped by the Post Office, USPS, are NOT guaranteed to arrive in the stated service delivery time frame. While USPS provides a tracking number when you order, very often the package information is not updated by the Post Office until after it is delivered to you.
We ship Express orders first, then Priority Orders then First Class.
We have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. Within 15 days of receiving your purchase, you can return it for an exchange, or a full refund minus shipping & 15% restocking fee. You can return unworn / unused items up to 30 days after purchase for store credit only. * Beginning in November, any item purchased as a gift can be returned 15 days AFTER Christmas for an exchange or full refund minus shipping.
All returns not eligible for a refund will be given a store credit for the full purchase price, including shipping.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the original invoice which was sent with your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Personalized or monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchange, except as defective merchandise.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over $35, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
