WACO TEXAS: *UPDATE 5/19/15 The Aging Rebel blog is reporting that this incident was the result of a long standing feud between the Bandidos Motorcycle Club and the Cossacks and the Scimitars Motorcycle Clubs, and occurred during a Confederation of Clubs meeting at the restaurant. Other clubs present were identified as Blackett Arms MC, Gypsy MC, HonorBound Motorcycle Ministry, Renatus MC, Escondidos MC, Sons of the South MC, Los Pirados MC, Leathernecks MC, Vietnam Vets/Legacy Vets MC, In Country MC and the Tornado Motorcycle Club. Not all of these clubs are 1% or have affiliation with 1% clubs. The report says local police were expecting violence and stationed 22 officers, some of them SWAT team members outside of the restaurant. The fight erupted in the bathroom and spilled into the parking lot,. After one of the combatants produced a firearm, police opened fire on all those involved, killing 9, and injuring 27 more. Some are calling this a police massacre because it is rumored some of the victims were unarmed.
Original report - Police confirmed between 1 and 2pm CST, at least 9 people were killed following a shootout between rival motorcycle clubs at the Twin Peaks restaurant in the Central Texas Marketplace area of Waco Texas. According to one source, police were forewarned of the tension between the clubs and at least some officers were at the business when the gunfire broke out.
According to the source, the fight began inside the restaurant and moved to the parking lot where the fight escalated from fists to knives and chains and finally gunfire.
