NBC’s Hoda Kotb pissed off a lot of leather-wearing motorcycle riding enthusiasts with an offhand comment about the time she and Kathie Lee Gifford went to a biker bar, called Alabama Jacks in 2013. “We dressed in leather, like a couple of losers really, like at the biker bar,” Kotb said. Alabama Jacks is located in Key Largo Florida and is a frequent hangout of locals and motorcycle riders.
Bikers took their anger to the Facebook page for the show writing, “Saw the comments made about dressing up like losers in leather and going to Alabama Jacks. You just lost a loser in leather for rating ladies…have fun in your plastic, fake Barbie world!” Another wrote, "I am seriously offended at Hoda's reference to dressing in leather and going to a biker bar as "dressing as losers". Obviously, she needs to get her head out of her dressing room and look at the facts. We are lawyers, doctors, secretaries, mechanics, military, police, college graduates, mothers, and fathers."

Hoda is an Overpaid loser in my books. I ride with the PGR, Patriot Guard Riders and with every Vet group in my area. My wife and I both ride for great causes and fund raisers. I’m 65 and my wife is 60…What a dumb ass she’s Hoda’s falling into the Jane Fonda Mold.
She has no Clue what type of Hornets Nest she just messed with. Don’t see her out doing things as such. Never knew who she was before now besides lips . Well see she has worse now.

Toys for Tots at Christmas Miles for minutes(calling cards for servicemen overseas)
Delaware wore to the shore supporting Delaware Special Olympic . also the Toys for Tots for Salvation Army and also the toys run for A.I. DuPont Children’s Hospital. We help out in the community for families and sick kids of friends of friends. We are there us the loser bikers that are dressed in leather are there rain or shine in our leather on our bikes showing our support. In heat rain and cold.

Instead of being I rate and asking for an apology BOYCOT NBC. Every biker and their families DON’T watch any program on NBC. If all you want to do is bellyache then keep yapping and watching NBC if you want to really do something turn NBC OFF!!! ranting about it gives her more fame take it away BOYCOT!!!
Everyone is so quick to get offended and banish Hoda for one comment…you’ve never said something that came out wrong and you wished you could take it back? She meant that she and Kathy Lee looked like losers, i.e. posers, trying to fit in at a place where they were clearly fish out of water. She has since apologized profusely. Give the woman a break. We all need to take our opinions to where NBC will feel it. To their advertisers. Watch who advertisers on the show, and then flame their FB pages. Money is all they understand, hit them where it hurts! BTW – our age group is the LARGEST spending segment of the population.
