Police Say Custom Bike Builder Sucker Punched Customers

The owner of Arizona based Sucker Punch Sally's, has been arrested for fraud, according to Scottsdale Police reports.   Gerie Leigh Clayton, 64, was taken into custody following a two year investigation by detectives.  Police say Clayton took more than $34,000 in deposits from customers in Canada, and North Carolina but never delivered the promised bikes.  

Police also say that there are 16 civil judgments in Maricopa County Superior Court against SPS since 2010, which total more than $3.6 million dollars.
